It was date back to 2003 when, young programming enthusiasts S.M Rafaet Hossain invented one of the Asian’s first computer anti-viruses. He dubbed it “Cobra Anti Virus” and became famous through beta release of V2x in 2003, V3x in 2004, V4x in 2005, V5x in 2006 and V6x in 2007. In 2008, the inventor of Cobra Anti Virus founded the Rafu Software Lab with an aim to market his products by appointing a distributor. It was ceased to exist as in 2010 due to some unscrupulous activities and miss-management of the appointed distributor. Consequently Rafu Software Lab was strictly confined to research and development activities rather than marketing. In the same year, Rafusoft was established in the status of a limited Company for running its business in IT sector.
